No. Our hemp hurd and bast are American-grown and American-processed. There are no import tariffs on domestic supply. Every shipment includes farm origin documentation so your procurement team has full chain-of-custody records.
Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?
Not for new accounts. Payment is due within 72 hours of the purchase order being sent to the customer. Net-30 terms are extended after one year of supply history with Gaia Growth Solutions. We build payment terms on track record, not promises.
What delivery details are required at the time of purchase?
Orders do not ship without the following confirmed: exact delivery address including dock or receiving bay, the full name and phone number of the person accepting the shipment, and any site-specific requirements such as appointment windows, forklift availability, or access restrictions.
