Hurd (shiv) is the woody inner core — a direct hardwood pulp substitute for tissue, paper, napkins, and packaging. Both grades ship at bulk metric-ton volumes from US-based processing facilities.

What is the minimum order quantity for bulk hemp fiber?

The minimum order is 5 metric tons. For manufacturers in the qualification phase, we provide sample lots from 5 to 50 kilograms at no charge so your engineering team can run process validation before committing to volume.

Is Gaia Growth Solutions hemp fiber subject to import tariffs?

No. Our hemp fiber is American-grown and American-processed. There are no import tariffs on domestic supply. Every shipment includes farm origin documentation so your procurement team has full chain-of-custody records.

What documentation comes with each hemp fiber shipment?

Every delivery includes a certificate of analysis, farm origin documentation, moisture content data, fiber length distribution per batch, a THC compliance certificate confirming sub-0.3% THC, and a freight manifest with chain-of-custody reference numbers.

Will we need new equipment to run hemp fiber in our facility?

For most applications, no capital expenditure is required. Tissue and paper manufacturers run hemp hurd on existing Fourdrinier and Yankee dryer equipment without modification.
